VT Closet: Shopping with Dignity
Our community fashion store transforms donated clothing into affordable options for families in need. Every purchase at symbolic prices ($1-2 per item) generates funds that directly support life-essential medication for those who cannot afford it.
VT Mentoring: Homework Help & Hope
An afterschool support center for students whose parents work multiple jobs to survive. We provide a safe, equipped space with electricity and tutoring assistance, ensuring children can complete their homework and maintain their academic potential despite challenging home conditions.
VT Community Center: A Second Family
A warm, welcoming space created for elderly individuals whose children have migrated abroad for better opportunities. This center provides a place to socialize, share stories, and build meaningful connections, combating loneliness and depression during Lebanon’s crisis.
VT Basket: Nourishing Families & Students
Our comprehensive nutrition program addresses food insecurity through two vital initiatives: monthly distributions of fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers to struggling families, and nutritious school sandwiches ensuring students can focus on learning instead of hunger.
